Tuk In Arcade Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
The Promoter is Tuk In Foods Ltd, company no. 09762361 of 16 Highcliffe Road, Leicester, LE5 1TY ("Tuk In Foods"). This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Tesco Stores Limited.
Eligibility. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the draw.
How to enter. Play Chef Battle at play.tukinfoods.com, submit a score to the leaderboard and provide your email address. No purchase is necessary — the game is free to play by anyone at the web address above. One draw entry per person; additional score submissions with the same email address do not increase your chances of winning.
Entry period. The draw opens on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 December 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be entered.
The prize. One (1) winner will receive a £100 Tesco gift card. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to award additional prizes at its discretion; the advertised prize will not be reduced or substituted except where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided.
Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date.
Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw and must respond to claim the prize within 28 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner by the same method.
Publicity. The surname and county of the winner will be made available on request to anyone who emails hello@tukinfoods.com within 3 months of the closing date, as required by the CAP Code. Winners may object to this by contacting the Promoter, who may still be required to share the information with the Advertising Standards Authority.
Data. Email addresses are used to administer the draw, as described in our Privacy Policy (www.tukinfoods.com/privacy). Marketing emails are sent only to entrants who separately opted in. Draw entry data is deleted within 24 months of the prize being claimed.
General. By entering, entrants agree to these terms. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost or delayed due to technical failures beyond its reasonable control. This draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
